We arrange loans in US dollars in india through our associates in the usa who are global funders.
This loan is available to you as funds for project financing, of your viable projects, against approved project reports and bank guarantees. The funds are available on a long-term basis with low interest rates, related to libor. We have also select arrangements with two large banking institutions in USA that would serve as the lender in a project that involved us-manufactured equipment, subject to exim bank's approval of the application.
what is ecb? ecbs, borrowings from lenders and investors outside india are being permitted by the government as a source of finance for india corporates for expansion of existing capacity as well as for fresh investment. ecbs are defined to include commercial bank loans, buyer's credit, supplier's credit, securitised instruments such as floating rate notes and fixed rate bonds etc, credit from official export credit agencies and commercial borrowings from the private sector window of multilateral financial institutions.
