We are pleased to introduce ourselves as an overseas finance broker. We are conducting following works for different agencies.
Overseas project loans of Rs. 25 crores [us$ 5 million] and above may be borrowed in indian rupees @ 9% p.a. [on diminishing balance] payable annually [or @ libor + 2% on us dollars] the period of repayment may be 7/10/15 years with moratorium as required in the project. The assets in the projects alone will be taken as security, no bank guarantees or additional collaterals required.
We also organize NRI investments in the form of venture capital / equity for projects of all types especially those with sound marketing / technology edge and required funding of Rs. 5.00 crores and above.
We have been successful in solving the problems of industrialists / promoters who are facing situations like NPA / BIFR / DRT. We work out such settlements and also organize further funds for rehabilitation / expansion activities. We continously remain in touch with our valuable client [NRI] overseas who want to invest in indian projects through us. We want you to associate with us as a channel partner.
