Finance Transport Vehicles, Workshops and Machinery
To finance through lease, hire purchase, hypothecation of transport vehicles required or used by a person, firm and companies particularly by Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) and for building up commercially viable infrastructure facilities of KSRTC like setting up spare part shops, diesel pumps, bus stations and commercial complexes and also other transport vehicles used in air, road or water like aircrafts, lorries, boats and ships.

Financial Arrangements for Acquisition of Transport Vehicles and Machinery
To undertake financial arrangements for the purpose of acquisition or leasing or hiring or hypothecation of buses, lorries, tractors, aircrafts, ships, machinery equipments and buildings required for operations, maintenance and repairs of the transport undertakings as well as units involved in the manufacture, processing or storage of the spare parts connected with these units.
