Description :
Soneri Personal Finance Scheme is a personal loan for salaried individual to meet expenses for Medical, Education, House Renovation and Advance Rent.
Financing Amount:
Up to Rs.500, 000/- or five Multiples of gross salary
whichever is lower. Repayment Option: Up to 5 years.
Mark-up Rates:
15% p.a.
The Arrangement:
Free life insurance coverage to the extend of loan out standing.
Our standard letter of undertaking signed by the employer that the monthly installments of the employee availing the facility will be deducted from their salary and paid directly to Soneri Bank Ltd.
In case the employee leaves the organization, the employer will ensure that their end of service benefits will be paid to the employees account maintained with Soneri Bank Ltd.
Eligibility:
Confirmed Permanent Employee / Self Employee Professionals / Business person.
Minimum length of confirmed service with present employer must be at least for 2 years.
Minimum length of practice by Self Employed Professionals must be at least for one years.
Business person must have a minimum of 2 years history of managing the business of their existing business concerns.
Applicant?s age must not be more than 60 years at the time
of maturity of the finance being applied for.
Monthly repayment installments not to exceed 40% of the net take home salary / 40% of declared monthly income.
Should have no over due track record from any bank in Pakistan.
